Here’s the scoop on our Ice Cream Cakes: 

Our cakes are made with two layers of homemade ice cream, with a delicious filling in between. There is no cake in our Ice Cream Cakes — it is all ice cream. We border the top of the cake with icing, and add some sprinkles for color. The outside of the cake is white, and you can choose your color for writing on the cake, should you decide to add a message.
